Click the info button on the top left of the screen for quick help.

The main page is where you practice.. You can swipe left to continue to the next sentence and swipe right to save the sentence. To customize the sentence, click the pencil icon in the top right to type in the letter you want.

On the practice tab (left) you can view all of your saved sentences. You can also add your own by clicking the top right and typing it in. To practice you can hit the shuffle button, and it will shuffle all of your sentences.

On the right tab, the settings page is there. The notifications tab is the only tab so far in the settings. When clicked on it will prompt you to notification tab. This is where you can enable notifications and select what time you want your daily reminder on.
